Shipping/Delivery:

For UK hair orders, please allow 7 - 10 working days for your order to reach you.

For UK hair collection orders, please allow 5-7 working days to be ready for collection.

*Working days mean that Saturday and Sundays are not included*

These times listed above are the longest time it could which means your hair order can be ready quicker than the estimated time.

Please be aware that holidays may effect delivery and collection times.

Order shipping updates will be received during this period.

For products such as the bonnets and melt bands  please allow 2-3 working days for shipping. For collection, please allow 24 hours for the product to be ready.

 

 

Returns

We do offer returns and exchanges if your product is unused, unopened and has not been tampered with in any way within 7-10 days of your order being received.
